Returns and withdrawal

CleanJet accepts return requests within 30 calendar days of order receipt.

During the first 14 days, consumers in the European Union may exercise their legal right of withdrawal without needing to justify their decision.

Between days 15 and 30, returns will be accepted in accordance with CleanJet's extended commercial offering, provided the product is unused, in good condition, and with all its accessories.

Direct return costs for change of mind will be paid by the customer. When the product is defective, has arrived damaged, or is different from the one ordered, CleanJet will cover the necessary costs to resolve the issue.
